This isn't a referral fee, and it isn't a job. It's a real stake in what Plett's wanda-in chapter earns — split fairly across three tiers depending on how involved you want to be.

Community Director Highest tier

True partners with local standing. Decision input on community matters. Named permanently in the app and press.

Pooled revenue share — weighted 3 points

Ambassador

Engaged promoters — no decision-making role, but active and ongoing.

Pooled revenue share — weighted 1.5 points

Affiliate

Anyone, anywhere, who gets a business signed up. One-off, no ongoing role.

R300–R500 flat bonus per business

The Pool

A fixed ceiling, not a fixed split.

15% of Plett's monthly revenue while it's under R50k/month, stepping to 10% from R50k–R150k, then 5% above that. This number never grows no matter how many Directors or Ambassadors join — it's split between them, not added to.

Why tiered, not flat

Front-loading the percentage early costs little in real rand while the business is small, but signals genuine partnership when you're taking the most risk. The rate steps down as revenue grows so the model stays sustainable at scale — and 5% of a much bigger number is still a serious amount on its own.

If 2 Ambassadors join later, the pool stays exactly the same size — each Director's share adjusts to roughly R449–R4,260/month across the same milestones, and each Ambassador earns about half that. Nobody's cut shrinks because the business did worse — only because more people are sharing in the same fixed pool.
